Numerous domestic and international companies leading the battery market will participate and showcase their advanced technological capabilities.”

He added, “Among the top six battery manufacturers globally, three are from Korea (LG Energy Solution, Samsung SDI, SK On), and with Hyundai Motor Group likely to secure a spot in the top three of the global electric vehicle market share in 2024, Korea has emerged as the ‘Mecca’ of electric vehicles. The EVS37 event will reaffirm Korea’s position in the global electric vehicle market.”
