Volvo Cars Korea is implementing an emergency support service for customers affected by flooding due to heavy rainfall.

Accordingly, until August 4 (Friday), customers can receive free inspections of the accurate state of water damage in their vehicles, including the interior and exterior, engine compartment, and major components related to driving and safety, at 32 official service centers nationwide by professional technicians.

Furthermore, in case repairs are needed due to flooding, a discount of up to 30% on parts prices will be provided, up to a maximum of 3 million won (note that this cannot be combined with other promotions). Additionally, in emergencies, 24/7 customer support services will also offer vehicle towing and emergency recovery services.
