Mercedes-Benz Korea has been selected as the top brand in the ‘2022 Korea Quality Satisfaction Index’ for automobile after-sales service (imported cars) for the seventh consecutive year.

The ‘Korea Quality Satisfaction Index’ reflects the level of customer satisfaction regarding products and services in various industries. Mercedes-Benz Korea received high scores in both the ‘User Quality Index’, which evaluates brand reliability, safety, and accessibility, and the ‘Emotional Quality Index’, which assesses brand image, recognition, and novelty. This recognition reflects the brand’s commitment to improving service quality, prioritizing ‘customer satisfaction’.

This year alone, Mercedes-Benz Korea has opened new and renewed service centers in six regions, including Gangnam and Seongdong in Seoul, Hanam and Suwon in Gyeonggi Province, and Mokpo and Gwangju. This effort aims to allow more customers to enjoy the premium services of Mercedes-Benz.

To address the growing demand for electric vehicles, the company is also taking the lead in expanding its specialized equipment and workforce for electric vehicles. Consequently, all service centers nationwide now offer basic inspections and maintenance services for electric vehicles. Among these, 57 service centers are equipped with specialized equipment for electric vehicles, fast charging facilities, and trained technicians specifically for electric vehicle services.

Additionally, investments in developing digital services are also underway. Last year, Mercedes-Benz Korea launched the ‘Digital Service Drive’, a platform that allows customers to make service center reservations online and communicate in real-time with service personnel. In July, it was the first in the industry to introduce the ‘CitNOW’ service, allowing customers to view vehicle inspection details more intuitively through mobile video.

Thilo Grossmann, Vice President of Customer Services at Mercedes-Benz Korea, stated, “We are striving to provide the best service to match our reputation as the number one imported car brand in the domestic market. We are honored to have been ranked first for seven consecutive years in the 2022 Korea Quality Satisfaction Index for automobile after-sales service (imported cars) and will continue to work diligently to repay our customers’ support with a distinguished service.”
