Lotte Chemical has signed a contract to exclusively supply its urea solution product, EUROX, as an OEM component to Quro Motors, the official distributor of Isuzu in South Korea.

Through this contract, all new Isuzu diesel vehicles officially sold in Korea will use EUROX as an OEM part.

A representative from Lotte Chemical stated, “Last month, we released an advertisement that shows the sincere lives of truck drivers who spend all day with their trucks, providing them with warmth and comfort. Just like the ad suggests, for drivers, trucks are not just vehicles but encompass their entire lives, so creating quality urea solutions is akin to safeguarding the families and livelihoods of our customers.” He added, “We will reflect on what it means to produce high-quality products and ensure that customers purchasing new Isuzu vehicles can trust in our top-quality urea solution.”

Additionally, Quro Motors, the official distributor for Isuzu in Korea, will offer a 10-liter bottle of EUROX to customers participating in the ‘2023 Summer Mobile Inspection Service.’ Those who take part in this event, which runs until June 30, can enjoy various benefits, including free inspections and preventative repair guidance.

Meanwhile, the new advertisement for EUROX that was released last month features narration by actor Jung Hee-tae, who received acclaim for his role as Lee Hang-jae, the secretary to Chairman Jin Yang-cheol in the drama “The Youngest Son of a Conglomerate.” The background music by Korean blues artist Kang Heo-dal-lim has resonated widely, with the advertisement surpassing 5 million views online within just 18 days. The advertisement can be viewed on Lotte Chemical’s official YouTube channel.

EUROX holds the permanent trademark for ‘AdBlue,’ the international quality standard for urea solutions established by the German Association of Automotive Industry, and has been the top-selling urea solution in Korea for 15 consecutive years (according to data from the Ministry of Environment). It is continuously supplied to various global automobile manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volvo, Scania, MAN, and Stellantis, as well as domestic manufacturers like Hyundai-Kia and Tata Daewoo, earning recognition for its quality and value.
