LG Uplus has completed preparations to ensure that customers can enjoy reliable communication services at the nationwide spring flower festivals.

First, LG Uplus has optimized its network in anticipation of the ‘Yeouido Spring Flower Festival’ held in Seoul from March 29 to April 2, allowing customers to use communication services like data and voice without interruption.

With approximately 3.5 million visitors expected at Yeouido during the event, LG Uplus has deployed additional temporary relay stations and mobile base stations to enhance network stability. Especially during the weekends when crowding is anticipated, dedicated staff will be on-site for concentrated monitoring and quick response to emergencies.

Starting with the Yeouido Spring Flower Festival, LG Uplus plans to conduct pre-checks and increase equipment in line with spring flower festival events across the nation, including in Suwon, Gangneung, Busan, and Gwangju.

An LG Uplus representative stated, “We have completed network pre-checks for festival locations where customer visits are expected to peak during the spring flower bloom, and we will continue to support customers in using communication services freely anytime and anywhere, thus providing a differentiated customer experience.”
