Lexus Korea’s ES 300h has been selected as ‘Car of the Year’ for three consecutive years in the 2022 Consumer Insight customer experience evaluation.

The customer experience evaluation is one of the annual automotive surveys conducted by Consumer Insight, a consumer research agency since 2001. It evaluates the experiences felt by consumers when they purchase and use new cars, identifying the best vehicles from a consumer’s perspective.

This survey was conducted among consumers who purchased a new car within the last year, assessing overall satisfaction, initial quality, and value-for-money (VFM). The Lexus ES 300h ranked first in product satisfaction, first in value-for-money, and third in initial quality, earning it the ‘Car of the Year’ title in 2022.

In the ‘2022 Automotive Planning Survey’ by Consumer Insight, Lexus also achieved joint first place in the import car category for ‘A/S Satisfaction (CSI)’ for four consecutive years since 2019. Additionally, the brand ranked first in both initial quality (TGW-i) and durability quality (TGW-d).
