T-money will begin its open recruitment for new employees on the 29th of January, 2024. T-money has set a ‘new talent standard’ for recruitment, aiming to create the best value in the rapidly changing Mobility & Payment market. To achieve this, the company plans to move away from specifications and documentation-based evaluations and strengthen practical interviews instead.

T-money presents ‘T-money T.E.A.M., which stands for ‘Teamwork, Excellence, Ambitious Challenge, and Mutual Trust’, as its new talent criteria, to select candidates tailored to T-money’s needs. New employees will be nurtured as ‘T-money T.E.A.M. talent’ in alignment with these values.

Applicants wishing to join T-money can submit their applications online through the T-money recruitment website from 10 AM on January 29 to 5 PM on February 6. After the document review, candidates will undergo aptitude testing, interviews, and physical examinations, while the final successful candidates are expected to start in April.

Regarding this open recruitment, a T-money recruitment officer stated, “T-money has been providing smart mobility and payment services in the core future industry of Mobility & Payment, creating a more convenient world.” They added, “With enhanced welfare and talent development systems, such as a staggered working hours system, all-day casual dress code, overseas training for new employees, and various rewards and incentives, we expect this open recruitment will be a great opportunity for young and talented individuals.”

Meanwhile, the eligibility for the current T-money new employee recruitment is a bachelor’s degree or higher, or someone who will obtain it, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.5 scale), and holding one of the required language proficiency scores: TOEIC 700, OPIC IM, or TOEIC Speaking IM3 (only scores obtained from January 29, 2022, onward are recognized). Preference will be given to applicants who are veterans, individuals with disabilities, or possess excellent foreign language skills.
