Jeep is operating a dedicated call center for the first time in its brand history, aiming to enhance customer service.

To improve convenience and loyalty for customers of its luxury flagship lineup, the ‘Grand Cherokee’, Jeep has established a dedicated call center (080-365-7500) to provide quicker and more personalized consultation services, ensuring thorough customer care.

The Grand Cherokee dedicated call center features a unique channel that connects customers with consultants faster than the general customer service, thereby reducing waiting times. Furthermore, customers will be matched with experienced senior consultants for more professional and high-quality service. The center can handle inquiries concerning vehicle maintenance, after-sales service, as well as general product quality, showroom and service center locations, reservation inquiries, and customer complaints.

An internal survey conducted by Jeep in September among 480 Grand Cherokee customers revealed that 75% of primary drivers were in their 40s to 60s. Thus, the exclusive call center is expected to significantly enhance customer satisfaction by providing more convenient consultation services.

Meanwhile, the Jeep Grand Cherokee, representing the brand’s luxury flagship SUV, boasts over 700 awards and more than 7 million global sales, establishing unmatched competitiveness. In South Korea, it is currently sold in three lineups: the Grand Cherokee L (3-row, 6-7 passenger model), and the standard Grand Cherokee and Grand Cherokee 4xe.
