KCC Auto, the official dealer of Mercedes-Benz Korea, has opened the newly relocated and expanded Gimpo showroom and service center.
The KCC Auto Gimpo showroom has moved from ‘100, Yuhyeon-ro 237-beon-gil, Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do’ to ‘236, Han River 4-ro, Yangchon-eup, Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do’, now located together with the existing KCC Auto Gimpo service center.
The digital media screens within the showroom visually represent various product ranges and vehicle options, allowing customers to directly and indirectly experience the vehicles they desire. This facilitates professional consultations, providing a differentiated brand experience.
The newly expanded Mercedes-Benz Gimpo showroom has a total floor area of 2,956 m² (approximately 894 pyeong), spanning two underground and two above-ground floors, making it easy for visitors to view and compare a variety of vehicle models and experience Mercedes-Benz vehicles up close.
Unlike before, it is now closely situated next to the service center, allowing customers to visit the showroom to view vehicles or consult while they wait for their vehicles to be serviced, offering greater convenience.
A KCC Auto representative stated, “With the expansion of the Gimpo showroom and service center, we believe that customers will be able to comfortably view a variety of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and that we can provide services that lead to high customer satisfaction.”
