Aston Martin held a successful grand opening event for its first flagship store, Q New York, located at 450 Park Avenue in Manhattan, New York, on the 14th (local time).

The event, celebrating 110 years of Aston Martin, featured a cocktail party with DJ performances by British-born Isabella Masnelli, based in New York, alongside notable attendees such as New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers, American actresses Joey Deutch and Gabrielle Union, and British mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins, commemorating the opening of the flagship store.

At the event, the DB12, the world’s first super tourer, was unveiled for the first time in North America. The DB12 transcends the existing grand tourer (GT) category by defining a new car category with its powerful performance, enjoyable driving experience, and ultra-luxurious feel and style, while also inheriting the authentic lineage of the British handmade sports car DB series, boasting a 75-year history.

Meanwhile, the second North American Formula One (F1) race of the season, held in Canada, featured a home race for Lance Stroll, a racer from the Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One team. To celebrate this, Aston Martin showcased the AMR23, which had helped the team secure third place in the Constructors’ Championship, drawing the attention of F1 fans.
