MAN Truck & Bus Korea has appointed Kirill Ageyev as CSM Vice President, effective October 1st.

As the newly appointed CSM Vice President, Kirill Ageyev is an expert in the field with extensive experience in after-sales & service. He began his career as a training advisor for dealer service staff at BMW Group Russia in 2001, moved to Volkswagen Group Russia as an after-sales manager in 2008, and served as head of after-sales by 2014. He has been with MAN Truck & Bus Russia as the overall head of the after-sales department since 2019.

During his tenure at MAN Truck & Bus Russia, Kirill Ageyev played a significant role in the company’s growth in major European markets. He achieved remarkable milestones, including securing customer loyalty, significantly increasing market share and sales in the parts market, and attaining the top spot in customer satisfaction surveys for large trucks in Russia in 2020.
