Volkswagen Korea is holding a special gift event for customers using the accident repair estimate service through the My Volkswagen app until December 31.

During the event period, all customers who use the accident repair estimate service through the My Volkswagen app and have completed their repairs will receive a genuine Volkswagen accessory: the ‘T1 Bus Ceramic Piggy Bank’. (This is limited to customers who have completed the vehicle intake and repair after receiving the estimate.)

The My Volkswagen app is a multifunctional vehicle management mobile app designed for Volkswagen vehicle owners, providing customers with a convenient online service environment. Customers in need of accident repairs can easily and conveniently obtain estimates for repairs at authorized service centers by simply uploading a photo of their vehicle through the My Volkswagen app. Afterward, customers can confirm the estimate and schedule their vehicle for service at the service center.

Thanks to the convenience of use and the professional services provided, an average of 200 accident repair estimates are processed monthly through the My Volkswagen app, and the number of customers using the service is steadily increasing.
