Mercedes-Benz Korea has relocated its existing Mercedes-Benz Bangbae service center to the new Mercedes-Benz Yulhyun service center in Yulhyun-dong, Gangnam.

The newly opened Mercedes-Benz Yulhyun Service Center (Han Sung Motor, 123-4 Yulhyun-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul) has strengthened its service facilities compared to the previous 32 work bays to meet the service demands of not only the Gangnam area but also the nearby city of Seongnam. The building, which spans a total floor area of 8,335 m2 across three underground and three above-ground floors, features 34 work bays capable of general repairs, accident repairs, panel beating and painting work for internal combustion engine vehicles, as well as specialized services for electric vehicles.

Applying Mercedes-Benz’s new interior concept, MAR 2020, the center enhances the cozy premium environment characteristic of existing Mercedes-Benz service centers with digital signage, media zones for brand and product videos, thus strengthening digital experiences that are customer-oriented. This way, visiting customers can look forward to not only high-quality maintenance services but also diverse brand experiences.

Lee Myung-ah, Vice President of the Network at Mercedes-Benz Korea, stated, “We decided to relocate and expand the service center to cope with increasing service demands and to provide enhanced premium services to our customers.” She added, “By expanding our facilities, we aim to reduce service time while also completing the best premium service in the imported car industry through an enhanced digital experience.”

Meanwhile, Mercedes-Benz Korea is establishing the largest service infrastructure among domestic imported car brands through aggressive network expansion. Currently, Mercedes-Benz Korea operates 64 showrooms and 76 official service centers nationwide, equipped with approximately 1,243 work bays.
