Lotte Rental is holding an event for customers using short-term car rentals to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
Lotte Rental’s short-term car rental service enhances customer satisfaction by introducing smart key boxes for contactless vehicle pickup and returns, alongside a delivery service that minimizes face-to-face contact.
This event will take place over five days, from January 20 to 24, the day before the Lunar New Year holiday, providing discounts and free usage coupons to enhance the experience of customers using short-term car rentals.
Specifically, during the event period, customers who rent a short-term vehicle for over 48 hours at branches excluding Jeju will receive a discount coupon of up to 20,000 KRW for use on the mainland, along with a 10,000 KRW delivery service discount coupon. These coupons will be valid starting February 24.
An event is also being held at all branches, including those in Jeju. Customers who rent short-term vehicles for over 72 hours at any Lotte Rental location across the country will receive a 24-hour free rental voucher. Each customer will be eligible for one free voucher, with details on usage criteria available on the official Lotte Rental website.
