Renault Korea is celebrating the launch of its integrated customer experience program ‘R: Xperience’ by offering customers who purchase key models such as the QM6, SM6, and XM3 in April, two additional engine oil exchanges and free inspections. The discount range has been expanded to a maximum of 2 million won, and low-interest financing options continue, with rates starting at 3.3% for up to 36 months.

Renault Korea has newly introduced the integrated customer experience program R: Xperience, aimed at improving customer satisfaction and enhancing experiences. During the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show, they operate the ‘R: Xperience Zone’ in the outdoor area of KINTEX.

To commemorate this, customers who purchase major Renault Korea vehicles such as the QM6, SM6, and XM3 in April will receive an additional two engine oil exchanges and free inspections, enabling a total of three services.

Along with special discount benefits of up to 1.5 million won depending on the vehicle model, customers who have owned a vehicle for more than five years after the first registration (including spouse ownership) can receive an additional benefit of 300,000 won. Furthermore, an extra benefit of 200,000 won is provided to current civil servants and retired civil servants receiving pensions (including spouses), expanding the discount range to a maximum of 2 million won. Special discounts of 3 million won are also being offered for the 2023 QM6 diesel model.

Continued availability of a low-interest financing option at 3.3% for 36 months (for loans under 12 million won) is provided. Additionally, a 3.3% low-interest financing option for a maximum of 24 months (for loans under 15 million won) is available, as well as a variety of other financing options with no loan amount limits at 5.9% for 36 months and 6.9% for 48 and 60 months.

Hwang Jae-seop, senior executive at Renault Korea Automotive, emphasized, “Expanding customer experiences with Renault Korea’s products and services is a shortcut to increased sales.” He added, “We will ensure that customers visiting the R: Xperience Zone during the Seoul Mobility Show can test-drive new models such as The New QM6 Quest, XM3 E-TECH Hybrid, and SM6 TCe 300 Inspire, allowing them to experience the unique advantages firsthand. We aim for these customer experience opportunities to be expanded to our sales outlets nationwide.”

The New QM6, recently introduced in March as a facelift model of the QM6, adds the versatile new concept SUV QM6 Quest to its lineup, aiming to meet various lifestyle demands of customers.
