Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 10th that Hong Eun-Pyo, the sales director at the Cheonan North branch, has been selected as a ‘Sales Master.’

The ‘Sales Master’ title is the highest honor awarded to employees who surpass cumulative sales of 5,000 units, with only 17 individuals having received it so far.

Having joined Hyundai Motor Company in 1988, Hong Eun-Pyo achieved this remarkable milestone after 35 years of dedicated service, becoming the 18th Sales Master.

“It is an immense honor to reach 5,000 sales,” said Hong Eun-Pyo. “The secret to my success lies in maintaining relationships with customers through trust, sincerity, and consistency.”

He further stated, “In the future, I will continue to put forth my best efforts and passion in the field to provide valuable customer experiences. I will strive to be a vital contributor to Hyundai’s leadership in the mobility industry.”

Hyundai operates various reward systems, including ▲ Honorary Sales Rewards, ▲ National Sales King, and The Class Awards, to encourage employees’ best efforts in sales and foster healthy competition.

The Honorary Sales Rewards program recognizes sales achievements with titles such as ▲ ‘Sales Artisan’ for reaching 2,000 sales, ▲ ‘Sales Master’ for 3,000 sales, ▲ ‘Sales Expert’ for 4,000 sales, and ▲ ‘Sales Master’ for reaching 5,000 sales, along with corresponding prizes.

A Hyundai representative emphasized, “We will continue to implement various reward systems to motivate the sales field and encourage healthy competition.”
