Genesis has launched the unified customer service app ‘MY GENESIS’ on the 22nd (Monday).

‘MY GENESIS’ is a new platform created by Genesis to provide customers with convenience and a differentiated digital experience by integrating the functionalities of the existing five separate apps into one.

Genesis has now consolidated features spread across five apps: the ‘(former) MY GENESIS’, which offers vehicle management and convenience services such as charging, maintenance, and car washing; the ‘Genesis Connected Services’, which allows for vehicle control and status checks; the ‘Genesis Digital Key’, which enables starting and driving the vehicle without a separate key; the ‘Genesis CarPay’, which links the vehicle with the app for payment and points management at partner merchants; and the ‘Genesis Built-in Cam’, which provides vehicle recording footage.

With this update, Genesis customers can now easily access all functionalities related to Genesis, from vehicle purchase information to vehicle management, control, and convenience services, all through a single app.

Additionally, Genesis has improved the UI/UX for a more intuitive experience, allowing vehicle status checks and controls to be managed from a single screen.

The newly launched app can be downloaded starting today by searching for ‘MY GENESIS’ or ‘MY GENESIS’ in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
