Maserati unveiled its first ‘Fuoriserie Essentials’ collection in Modena, Italy, on the 15th local time. This is an elegant automotive collection selected by Maserati’s curated trendsetters. The collection was designed by David Beckham, the style pioneer and global brand ambassador, to inspire car enthusiasts seeking to express their unique vision for high-end Italian sports cars.

Inspired by his fascination with classic Maserati cars, David Beckham envisioned the collection as an extension of his Savile Row attire, expressing contemporary reinterpretations of some of Maserati’s timeless icons with two distinctive car configurations in the Fuoriserie DB Essentials collection.

Beckham, captivated by the 1967 Maserati Ghibli Coupe, chose ‘Night Interaction’ blue for the exterior of the first DB Essentials, which harmonizes with the tan leather interior. The second configuration was inspired by the 1986 Maserati Quattroporte Royale, featuring warm brown leather seats paired with a dark green exterior finish called ‘Verde Royal.’ Furthermore, to commemorate the collaboration between Maserati and David Beckham, a dedicated metal plate was used either between the front seats or between the two headrests.

Maserati’s Chief Designer Klaus Busse stated, “’Fuoriserie’ means ‘custom-made’ in Italian, and Maserati’s bespoke program is designed to offer customers a unique experience. Our hope is that customers can create their own Maserati to express their individuality and passion, just like David, with personalized options from the glorious racing heritage-inspired Fuoriserie Corse collection and the Fuoriserie Futura collection for technology and material enthusiasts.”
