Hansung Motors, the official dealer for Mercedes-Benz (CEO: Wolf Ausprung), has established the industry’s first dedicated customer center for EQ (electric vehicles) and Mercedes-Maybach.

Since July, Hansung Motors has formed a dedicated customer service team specifically for customers owning EQ and Maybach vehicles. After a month-long pilot service, they officially launched the service in August.

With the recent expansion of the electric vehicle market and growing interest in premium brands, the aim is to provide specialized services tailored to the characteristics of EQ and Maybach customers more professionally.

EQ and Maybach clients can connect through Hansung Motors’ official number (1522-3421) to receive personalized services from specialized consultants trained for their specific vehicles via a categorized ARS (automated response system).

The specialized consultants have been selected through internal competence evaluations and have completed quality improvement training on the specific vehicles and services provided, conducted by the company’s training department, ‘AS Academy,’ and external instructors. Continuous regular training will also be planned to enhance service quality.

In addition, Hansung Motors consistently introduces specialized services tailored to customer characteristics for different vehicles. In June, they launched a club called ‘EQURATOR’ open to everyone with an interest in EQ, providing a channel for communication among EQ vehicle owners along with exclusive benefits and information for subscribers.

In response to the rising demand for electric vehicles, Hansung Motors is also expanding their EQ specialist workforce across their nationwide service centers. Currently, 21 out of 22 service centers nationwide have already received ‘EQ’ certification, with plans to have the last one completed by the end of this year.

In July, they established a partnership with Chosun Palace to conduct promotions exclusively for Mercedes-Maybach customers. By the end of this year, Hansung Motors will provide the ‘Hansung Motors Maybach Exclusive Journey’ service to customers who repurchase a Mercedes-Maybach. A golf tournament exclusively for Maybach customers will also be held at the Gapyeong Benest Golf Club in September.
