GS Global has signed a dealership agreement with Asung Automotive, a subsidiary of Hyosung, for the BYD 1-ton electric truck ‘T4K’.

The dealership partner, Asung Automotive, is a global automotive tuning company that deals with luxury brands such as Brabus. They operate a diverse dealership network selling imported cars in collaboration with various subsidiaries of Hyosung through multiple business ventures.

With this dealership agreement, Asung Automotive will manage the dealership and service network for the T4K in the northern areas of Seoul, northern Gyeonggi province, Incheon, Gangwon province, and Jeolla province. They plan to commence full sales activities starting from the opening of the Sangam showroom in August.

GS Global has completed the establishment of its representative dealership network in various regions, including ‘Shin Aju e-truck’ in southern Seoul and southern Gyeonggi, and ‘GMB CTV’ in Busan and Gyeongnam, through this dealership agreement.

The regional representative dealerships are expanding to include 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) facilities, including dedicated maintenance centers at key locations. By the end of the year, the dealership networks aim to establish 14 dedicated T4K sales offices and over 40 service centers nationwide.

A representative from GS Global’s mobility business division expressed, “We expect to expand the differentiated customer service of the T4K to major regions such as northern Seoul, northern Gyeonggi, Incheon, Gangwon, and Jeolla based on Asung Automotive’s rich experience and expertise,” and added, “We will do our best to continuously improve the quality of customer service based on our dealership and service network.”
