Renault Korea is conducting a ‘Special Maintenance Discount Campaign for Comfortable Driving’ throughout the month of November.

During this special maintenance discount campaign, customers visiting over 400 Renault Korea service network locations across the country can replace cabin filters (air conditioning filters) and stabilizers at a discount of up to 15% (only for MY Renault Korea app members, excluding labor costs). General customers will receive a maximum discount of 10%.

Additionally, customers who newly join the MY Renault Korea app during the campaign period will receive a maintenance discount coupon valid for future services once they are restocked. New members will be entered into a draw for maintenance discount coupons worth 100,000 won (1 person), 50,000 won (100 people), and 10,000 won (all new members).

Replacing the cabin filter is common before the summer and winter seasons when the air conditioning and heating systems are used frequently. Renault Korea has introduced a new PM 0.3 premium filter that filters out 99% of ultra-fine dust particles at 0.3 micrometers and features an antibacterial coating that prevents the growth of bacteria and allergens, absorbing odors and harmful gases.

The stabilizer is the component that connects the left and right wheels of the vehicle, also known as the anti-roll bar. Proper maintenance increases the contact between the tires and the road, reducing noise and steering wheel vibration while preventing body roll during cornering, thus improving driving stability.

Director Kang Jin-kyu of Renault Korea’s After Sales Division stated, “In anticipation of the autumn season with a lot of fine dust and the winter season with high heater usage, we have prepared customer benefits. Furthermore, since the stabilizer contributes not only to driving stability but also to safe driving during the slippery winter, we recommend checking for wear, corrosion, and damage in advance.”

Meanwhile, Renault Korea offers various personalized care service features through the MY Renault Korea app, including ‘Fast Track Maintenance Reservations,’ allowing customers to check service networks available for same-day maintenance within two hours, as well as online maintenance reservations, a transparent pricing menu for paid maintenance services—first in the domestic completed vehicle market—and online estimates. They also implement a ’24/7 Care Service’ that allows customers who find it difficult to visit service centers during the week to drop off vehicles after 6 PM on weekdays and over the weekends.
