Lotte Rental has launched the ‘MyCar Membership Plus’ aimed at luxury and imported car customers at Lotte Rent-a-Car.

The newly introduced MyCar Membership Plus by Lotte Rental is a premium membership service for long-term rentals of luxury and imported cars that adds travel and lifestyle benefits to existing membership perks. It was launched to tailor the membership system based on the vehicle types for long-term rentals and provide customized benefits to customers.

The ‘Premium’ tier of MyCar Membership Plus is offered to customers who sign long-term rental contracts for new models like the Genesis G80, GV80, Kia K9, EV9, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, and BMW 5 Series, while the ‘Prestige’ tier targets customers of Genesis G90, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, and BMW 7 Series rental contracts. Benefits worth 2 million KRW and 3 million KRW are provided for Premium and Prestige memberships, respectively.

All MyCar Membership Plus customers receive two complimentary service vouchers for Lotte Rent-a-Car’s 24-hour free vehicle usage and, through a partnership with Hyumax Mobility, vouchers for free official parking (valet) services at Gimpo Airport. Benefits from the Lotte Group have also been enhanced.

Customers can enjoy travel and lifestyle benefits including a free green fee voucher for four at Lotte Skyhill CC Jeju, accommodation vouchers for Lotte Resort Jeju Art Villas and Lotte Hotel Jeju, discounts at Lotte Cinema, priority membership at Lotte Duty-Free, and additional bonus rewards based on purchase amounts. Prestige customers receive an extra 12 free movie tickets for Lotte Cinema and two shopping support vouchers (LDF PAY) worth 50,000 KRW each.
