The ‘SF90 XX Stradale’ has set the fastest Fiorano lap time for street-legal vehicles.
The new limited-edition special model based on the ‘SF90 Stradale’, the SF90 XX Stradale, recorded a lap time of 1 minute 17 seconds 309 at the Fiorano circuit. This is the fastest time set by a vehicle approved for street use, and the test drive was conducted by Raferele De Simone, head of Ferrari’s development test drives.
The SF90 XX Stradale boasts a maximum output of 1,030 horsepower and is equipped with lightweight carbon fiber wheels and Michelin Cup 2R tires. This record is 1.4 seconds faster than the existing SF90 Stradale fitted with the Assetto Fiorano package and the same tires.
The test took place on October 16, 2023, during the SF90 XX Stradale media launch event, with major media from around the world in attendance. Media representatives had the opportunity to talk with the engineers responsible for the vehicle’s development and closely observe the factory performance testing process. Lap time measurement and telemetry were independently measured and certified by a third-party motorsport organization.
The SF90 XX Stradale will be displayed at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello from December 15, alongside a dedicated corner featuring information and insights about the vehicle and the record it set.
