Kumho Tire is establishing a strategic partnership with KB Insurance to provide enhanced customer-centered services.

On November 29, the two companies signed a business agreement at Kumho Tire’s headquarters Technoplex in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, with key representatives including Jong-ho Park, Head of the Korean Business Division at Kumho Tire, and Young-sik Park, Head of Direct Division at KB Insurance, to cooperate in discovering new business models.

According to this agreement, Kumho Tire plans to provide customized service products reflecting diverse lifestyles and needs of drivers by utilizing customer experience-based data it possesses, thereby realizing the best customer satisfaction. In addition, KB Insurance will prepare special promotions exclusively for members of Kumho Tire’s tire-centered total car service specialized store, T-Station, offering differentiated benefits.

Moreover, the two companies plan to continue their mutual cooperation in various fields such as project promotion related to business collaboration and personnel exchange.
