The official Volkswagen dealer in Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions, GNB Automobile, will host a fan signing event with Samsung Lions franchise star player Koo Ja-wook on December 3rd (Sunday) at the Volkswagen Daegu showroom.
The end-of-year fan signing event for Koo Ja-wook follows the success of the first fan signing event held in March. This occasion aims to express gratitude and wishes for many customers to enjoy a happy year-end.
Since 2022, GNB Automobile has partnered with Koo Ja-wook for two consecutive years, undertaking various customer events and marketing activities together. Since April, Koo Ja-wook has been supported with Volkswagen’s flagship SUV, the Touareg, sharing the allure of premium SUVs and the values of the Volkswagen brand.
The fan signing event on the 3rd (Sunday) will be attended by invited Volkswagen vehicle purchasers and fans of Koo Ja-wook. Fans who are not purchasing customers can receive limited entry tickets on a first-come, first-served basis starting from 9 AM on the 2nd (Saturday) at Volkswagen Daegu showroom, with entry allowed sequentially from 10 AM.
A social media hashtag certification event accompanied by a photo zone will also take place. Participants who post photos taken at the designated fan signing photo zone with the specified hashtags on their personal SNS accounts will be entered into a raffle to win baseball bats signed by Koo Ja-wook and other baseball merchandise. Winners will be announced individually in January 2024.
GNB Automobile’s representative, Kim Sung-jun, expressed, “I am very pleased to hold the signing event with Samsung Lions’ Koo Ja-wook due to our customers’ keen interest and love,” and added, “We will continue various collaborative activities to get closer to our customers in the Daegu region.”
Meanwhile, GNB Automobile, the official Volkswagen dealer in the Daegu/Gyeongbuk region, currently operates two showrooms (one in Daegu and one in Pohang) and three service centers (two in Daegu and one in Pohang).
