Hyundai Autoever announced on the 14th that its smart home platform has recently achieved a cumulative installation of 100,000 households.

Launched in 2018, Hyundai Autoever’s ‘Living & Life Smart Home Platform’ utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to connect home appliances, home networks, shared areas, and community centers to provide various services.

Through a mobile app, residents can control all IoT devices within their household and access various convenient services in common areas, such as checking parking locations and registering visiting vehicles.

In addition, the AI and cloud-based voice home services allow users to conveniently control IoT devices with their voice, as well as manage parking cars through the Home-To-Car service, and control household IoT functions from their vehicles via the Car-To-Home service.

Moreover, residents can check the real-time usage status of community center facilities and make reservations, along with access to various concierge services. Last year, an unattended laundry service was launched, receiving positive feedback from residents. Hyundai Autoever plans to continuously launch various O2O services aimed at enhancing the living experience of residents in the future.

Hyundai Autoever’s smart home platform was recognized for its excellence and competitiveness by securing first place in the ‘Smart Home Service’ category of the Premium Brand Index evaluation conducted by the Korean Standards Association last August.

Hyundai Autoever is currently expanding the application of this platform to residential brands such as Hillstate and THE H, with plans to widen its range to more brands.

A representative from Hyundai Autoever stated, “We will ramp up efforts to expand the business by adding more construction companies to the platform application, and we will also work on developing future residential services such as smart healthcare, robots, and autonomous parking that residents can truly experience.”
