Kia has launched a new service that enables customers to see used cars in person and consult with experts one-on-one before making a purchase. This service is available to anyone interested in purchasing Kia certified used cars.

Beginning on Thursday, the 29th, Kia announced the launch of its ‘Certified Used Car In-Person Consultation Service’ at the Kia Certified Used Car Center located in the Auto Hub of Giheung District, Yongin City.

Customers can search for their desired vehicles on the Kia certified used car website and then make a visit reservation by calling ARS (080-200-2000). During the service, customers can inspect the specific car they are interested in and receive detailed explanations about it. This service will be available every Wednesday and Thursday, with reservations for 10 teams each day.

Kia launched this service in response to customer requests for the ability to see cars in person. A satisfaction survey conducted after Kia launched its certified used car business last November revealed that customers were disappointed by the lack of offline services.

As a result, Kia conducted a trial service from last month to earlier this month over the course of about a month. The findings showed that more than 80% of customers who utilized the service went on to complete their contracts, confirming that the offline reservation service positively influences purchases. Kia plans to enhance its offline services alongside its existing online services by providing high-quality customer interactions and various benefits for visiting customers.

In addition, Kia conducts regular live commerce sessions on its official YouTube channel, KyaTV, once a month for certified used cars.

This month, there will be a K-series special event on Wednesday, the 28th, at 9 PM. They plan to showcase actual K5, K8, and K9 vehicles registered on the Kia certified used car website while providing detailed information about the cars’ conditions.

The event will be hosted by comedian Lee Soo-ji and a representative from Kia’s certified used car team. Customers who confirm their purchase on the day of the event will receive a 200,000 KRW mobile fuel voucher, and participants answering real-time quiz questions can win various rewards, including a 50,000 KRW Starbucks gift card and a 50,000 KRW mobile fuel voucher.

This year, Kia aims to enhance its certified used car products and services based on customer-centric management to expand sales. They plan to develop products and solutions that proactively reflect the needs of used car customers and focus on finding new markets and customers.

A Kia representative stated, “We will continuously secure better, more diverse, and more reasonable certified used cars and develop related services. Furthermore, we will strengthen customer management systems for used car buyers and create innovative solutions for improving customer experience across online and offline channels to increase customer value.”
