Mercedes-Benz Korea announced that it held the “2023 Dealer Awards” on the 15th at the Incheon Inspire Resort to commemorate last year’s achievements, also recognizing dealers and employees who excelled over the past year on the 18th.
This event was attended by over 300 employees from 11 official dealers, Mercedes-Benz Korea, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Korea, and Mercedes-Benz Mobility Korea, expressing gratitude for the hard work of employees striving for excellent customer satisfaction in sales, service, and more, and celebrating their achievements.
The event included awards across a total of 31 categories, based on 2023 results, including “Dealer of the Year,” “Online Sales Dealer of the Year,” and “Customer Satisfaction Showroom and Service Center of the Year.”
Through a comprehensive evaluation of various factors such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and service quality, the prestigious title of “Dealer of the Year” for 2023 went to “Geumjeong Dealership,” while “Busan Buk-gu Dealership” and “Suwon Gwonseon Dealership” followed in second and third places.
Moreover, the “Gijang Showroom,” “Dongdaemun Showroom,” and “Ilsan Showroom” were awarded as the “Showroom of the Year in the Electric Vehicle and Top Vehicle Sales Category,” “Showroom of the Year for CSI,” and “Online Sales Showroom of the Year” respectively, with the “Busan Buk-gu Service Center” recognized as the “CSI Service Center of the Year.”

On a side note, Mercedes-Benz Korea operates a total of 64 official showrooms, 76 official service centers, and 24 certified used car showrooms across the country, with over 6,000 employees from 11 official dealers, providing competitive products and differentiated services.
