On the 22nd, Hanseong Motors, the official dealer of Mercedes-Benz, announced the grand opening of its integrated and expanded service center and certified pre-owned vehicle showroom in Wonju to enhance convenience and service quality for local customers.
The newly remodeled Hanseong Motors Wonju Service Center and Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Showroom occupy a total land area of 9,694 square meters (approximately 2,932 pyeong) and consist of five buildings, merging both facilities in one location. It is the largest Mercedes-Benz service center and certified pre-owned vehicle showroom in Gangwon Province.
The Wonju Service Center has expanded to a total building area of 2,521 square meters. Buildings 1, 2, and 4 accommodate regular repairs and accident repair work bays, as well as office space, while Building 3 contains a large parts warehouse spread over three floors. Building 5 serves as the customer reception and waiting area.
Equipped with specialized equipment for Maybach alignment, EQ vehicle maintenance, and low-profile lifts for AMG vehicles, the service center can accommodate regular repairs and accident repairs for all Mercedes-Benz models.
In particular, with a total of 20 work bays (12 for general maintenance and 8 for bodywork and painting), it is anticipated that reducing service wait times will enhance customer satisfaction.
The interior features the latest Mercedes-Benz design concept ‘Mar20X,’ providing a luxurious environment where visiting customers can wait comfortably while receiving premium services. Customer-centric flow and spatial arrangements include: a personalized consultation service from a service advisor, a TV zone within the waiting area, and a self-service bar (Hospitality counter) for clients to enjoy.
Located in Building 4, the Wonju Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Showroom spans 1,446 square meters and focuses on creating a spacious exhibition and parking area alongside comfortable consultation space to enhance the vehicle purchasing journey for visitors. The showroom can display up to 56 vehicles, including 8 indoors and 48 outdoors, and customers can consult with professional sales consultants about top-quality certified pre-owned vehicles that have passed a rigorous 198-point inspection.
The interior of the Wonju Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Showroom similarly adopts the Mercedes-Benz ‘Mar20X’ design concept. The customer lounge features three consultation tables, one VIP consultation room, and a self-service bar area, allowing visitors to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while exploring the display vehicles.
To celebrate the opening of the expanded service center and certified pre-owned vehicle showroom, Hanseong Motors will run various customer promotions until June 30.
