‘2025 Hyundai Grandeur’

Hyundai Motor Company announced the launch of the 2025 Grandeur, a face-lifted version of its flagship premium sedan, on the 5th of this month, officially commencing sales.

The 2025 Grandeur comes equipped with the latest intelligent safety feature, ‘Lane Following Assist (LFA) 2’, standard across all trims.

Lane Following Assist 2 enhances driving convenience by expanding the operating range of the forward camera and reinforcing steering control, improving the lane-keeping performance compared to the previous version.

Additionally, a new ‘Black Exterior Package’ has been introduced, allowing customers to choose some black exterior elements like a black grille and emblem, while the highly preferred ‘Steering Wheel Grip Detection’ feature has been made standard across all trims, reflecting customer feedback and enhancing the competitiveness of the product. (※ The Black Exterior Package is exclusive to the Calligraphy trim.)

Furthermore, the application of OTA (Over-the-Air) updates has been expanded to the climate control unit, ensuring that the vehicle remains up to date with the latest features. Safety improvements have also been made, including standardizing the vibration warning for the reverse gear and equipping the vehicle with an interior fire extinguisher.

The 2025 Grandeur introduces new features as standard, including ▲Lane Following Assist 2 ▲Steering Wheel Grip Detection System ▲Trunk Lid Lighting ▲Rear Seat Belt Lighting ▲Interior Fire Extinguisher ▲Electronic Shift Column Vibration Warning, while keeping the starting selling price increase to a minimum at 250,000 KRW.

Especially for the Calligraphy trim, despite adding a head-up display valued at 990,000 KRW and a variety of new features like new-pattern Nappa leather seats, the selling price is only increased by 830,000 KRW, effectively resulting in a price reduction.

The selling prices for the 2025 Grandeur are as follows for the gasoline 2.5 model: ▲Premium 37,680,000 KRW ▲Exclusive 42,580,000 KRW ▲Calligraphy 47,210,000 KRW, and for the gasoline 3.5 model: ▲Premium 40,150,000 KRW ▲Exclusive 45,050,000 KRW ▲Calligraphy 49,680,000 KRW.

The selling prices for the hybrid model are ▲Premium 42,910,000 KRW ▲Exclusive 47,810,000 KRW ▲Calligraphy 52,440,000 KRW. (※ Based on hybrid tax benefits)

To celebrate the launch of the 2025 Grandeur, Hyundai is preparing a special ‘Body Care Free Join Event’ for customers who sign a new contract for the Grandeur this month and take delivery by September. This event includes coverage for exterior damage incurred within one year or 20,000 km, with limits on the amount covered based on specific areas (up to 1,300,000 KRW for bodywork, 800,000 KRW for front glass, and 350,000 KRW for tires).

A Hyundai representative stated, “We prepared the 2025 Grandeur based on feature improvements to enhance product value, reflecting customer voices. We will continue to meet the high expectations of the market with the know-how and technology accumulated over nearly 40 years of the Grandeur brand.”

Meanwhile, the Grandeur continues to maintain its popularity, selling 113,047 units in the domestic passenger car market last year, making it one of the best-selling cars.
