Audi Korea has announced a special support program for customers affected by vehicle flooding and damage during the rainy season.

As the rainy season approaches with forecasts of nationwide heavy rainfall, Audi Korea is providing free inspections for Audi vehicles affected by flooding at official Audi service centers.

For customers who are repairing their flood-damaged vehicles through insurance at Audi official service centers, services include free towing and delivery, as well as a safe return home service, which provides transportation costs up to 50,000 KRW on the day of the accident or towing. Additionally, if repair costs exceed the insurance coverage, Audi will support those expenses and provide a loaner vehicle service for up to 14 days to minimize customer inconvenience during the repair period.

Information about vehicle repairs and inspections can be pre-booked through the ‘myAudiworld’ application and the service reservation page on the official Audi Korea website, allowing for quicker and more convenient service. For more details, customers can contact any nationwide Audi official service center or the Audi customer support center.

Furthermore, Audi operates various A/S services, including the 24/7 ‘Audi Chatbot’ service. Especially for customers who purchase the 2024 model, Audi is offering a pickup and delivery service for a total of six one-way trips over three years, in addition to the existing free consumable maintenance coupons (CSP – Car Service Plus). Additional notification services to improve customer satisfaction, such as a service reminder before the expiry of the CSP and repair progress updates via text messages, as well as a sales booth for new car purchase consultations at service centers, are also being provided to support more convenient purchasing consultations for customers.

Meanwhile, Audi Korea aims to provide a premium lifestyle experience to more customers and is working to establish a business environment optimized for the new mobility era in various sectors, including sales and networking.
