Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 3rd that it will implement the ‘2024 Flood-Damaged Vehicle Special Support Service’ to minimize customer burden and inconvenience in the event of flooding damage due to summer torrential rains.

This service, which is being conducted to help customers with flooded vehicles return to their daily lives quickly and reduce losses, allows Mercedes-Benz vehicle owners to visit service centers until September 30 if their vehicles suffer flooding damage due to seasonal heavy rains.

Through this service, Mercedes-Benz Korea aims to reduce customer costs by supporting up to 500,000 KRW of the deductible for insurance repairs and providing a free rental car for up to 10 days within a cost limit of 1 million KRW to minimize inconvenience during the repair period.

Additionally, Mercedes-Benz Korea will conduct a free inspection service once more at the one-year mark from the date of the first service center visit and repair completion for flooded vehicles, providing a total of two inspections, and will also gift a ‘Car Care Package’ containing various vehicle management products for customers whose vehicles were repaired due to flooding.

The ‘2024 Flood-Damaged Vehicle Special Support Service’ will be offered at 75 official Mercedes-Benz service centers nationwide and is applicable to vehicles that were received starting from June 4. More detailed information about the service can be confirmed through the official service centers across the country.
