Genesis has launched the ‘Tire Replacement Service’ for a better automotive life for its customers.
The ‘Genesis Tire Replacement Service’ is a product that allows customers to conveniently replace tires for all Genesis models at over 200 tire installation locations nationwide. It is characterized by the use of high-quality OE (Original Equipment) all-season tires that are within a maximum of two years from the manufacturing date to further enhance customer trust.
Customers utilizing the service will receive the following benefits along with tire replacement: ▲ Free ‘Pickup & Delivery’ for the first time within a distance of up to 30km from designated installation points ▲ ‘1-Year Damage-Free Warranty Program’ that allows compensation if tires are damaged (limited to vehicles driven within one year or 20,000km after tire installation).
Additionally, services such as wheel balancing checks and 3D wheel alignment checks are also provided as standard. (Note: Wheel alignment checks are provided when purchasing four tires.)
The ‘Tire Replacement Service’ can be purchased and utilized starting today on the Genesis Boutique website. To celebrate the service launch, the first 300 customers who purchase four tires will receive a Genesis floating wheel cap.
