BMW Group Korea will unveil the newly revamped high-performance model ‘BMW New M4’ and the brand’s first all-electric SAC ‘BMW All-new iX2’ at the ‘2024 Busan Mobility Show’ opening on the 28th, showcasing a total of 18 models including the greatly advanced high-performance MINI model ‘New MINI Countryman JCW’ and the ‘New All-Electric MINI Cooper’, which has evolved from an icon of the era to an icon of electric vehicles.
BMW Group Korea plans to introduce various models that deliver the ultimate ‘joy of driving’, including high-performance vehicles and pure electric models that usher in a new mobility era, demonstrating the core values and vision for the future pursued by the BMW and MINI brands, as well as BMW Motorrad.
Featuring the theme ‘BMW, a new perspective on next mobility. The joy is eternal’, BMW will debut the more sporty high-performance coupe ‘New M4’ and the pure electric SAC New iX2, which combines attractive design with environmentally friendly powertrains.
Additionally, BMW will showcase the concept model ‘BMW Vision Neue Klasse’, which innovatively combines electrification, digitization, and circularity in its own distinctive way, and plans to present the thrilling performance and sustainability of BMW M through models like the XM Label Red and i7 M70, i5 M60 xDrive, demonstrating harmony for the electrification mobility era.
MINI will present the completely revamped new MINI family under the theme ‘Completely New, More MINI. Nice to See You Again’, inheriting MINI’s unique heritage.
The ‘New All-Electric MINI Cooper’ showcased at this Busan Mobility Show marks the official beginning of MINI’s transition to a fully electric brand, featuring a round OLED display that carries on the classic Mini DNA, with MINI toggle switches and the latest electric drivetrain from BMW Group. Along with this, the New All-Electric MINI Countryman illustrates the versatile allure of pure electric MINI that supports various lifestyles without exhaust emissions.
In addition, MINI will display the high-performance models like the New MINI JCW Countryman, the New MINI Cooper, and the gasoline models of the New MINI Countryman, presenting the joy of MINI that has continued from the past to the present.
BMW Motorrad will exhibit the ‘New M 1000 XR’, a high-performance crossover motorcycle that excels in long-distance riding capabilities and dynamic performance typical of super sport motorcycles, along with the retro roadster model R 12 nineT and the sporty cruiser R 12.
