Audi Korea has announced the launch of the Audi Airport Service for customers utilizing the Audi Gimpo Airport Service Center.
The ‘Audi Airport Service’ is designed for customers who use paid maintenance services by bringing their Audi vehicles to the Audi Gimpo Airport Service Center located in Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport. This service caters to customers traveling domestically or internationally through Gimpo Airport.
When using the ‘Audi Airport Service’, customers can make a reservation in advance. On the scheduled date, when they bring their vehicle to the Audi Gimpo Airport Service Center, a chauffeur will provide transportation from the service center to Gimpo Airport in an Audi flagship sedan, the ‘Audi A8’. Customers’ vehicles can be parked indoors free of charge for up to 7 days during their travel, and they can receive complimentary basic services such as vehicle checks, electric vehicle charging, and washer fluid refill without any additional charges. Furthermore, beyond the complimentary offerings, customers can also access various vehicle management services such as general maintenance, air conditioning filter replacement, wiper replacements, and steam cleaning for a fee.
In the future, Audi plans to expand its offerings for customers utilizing the ‘Audi Airport Service’ by providing various rental services necessary for travel. This includes a range of items such as carry-on strollers for customers traveling with young children and golf bag airline covers.
The Audi ‘Airport Service’ is operated by Bayern Auto, an official Audi dealer, and is available Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Closed on Sundays and holidays).
