Cadillac will hold the ‘Lyriq Showcase in Busan’ from June 20 to 23 at the Paradise Hotel Busan to commemorate the launch of the brand’s first all-electric SUV, the Lyriq.
The Cadillac Lyriq is the first model to utilize General Motors’ electric vehicle-exclusive platform, ULTIUM. It features next-generation technology designed to engage all five senses and a new design language that has generated explosive reactions in the luxury EV market following its first domestic unveiling on May 23.
To show gratitude for the intense interest in the Lyriq, Cadillac is setting up a special event at Paradise Hotel Busan for customers from the Busan and Gyeongsangdo regions and tourists visiting Haeundae ahead of the vacation season to experience the Lyriq firsthand.
From June 20 to 23, visitors to the event will be able to view the Lyriq on display in the hotel lobby and engage in purchase consultations at the advisory booth. Additionally, attendees can participate in the ‘Ocean Drive’ program, where they can experience test drives of not only the Lyriq but also Cadillac’s key products like the Escalade and the new XT4, which has received a full redesign and has been attracting significant customer interest since its launch in May.
Through the ‘Ocean Drive’ program, which takes guests on a route from Haeundae to Songjeong-dong, Cadillac will offer customers a chance to experience the luxury electric SUV Lyriq, known for its comfortable ride akin to that of a premium sedan, along with the full-size luxury SUV Escalade and the newly upgraded XT4.
Furthermore, Cadillac will host a ‘Green Drive’ program in collaboration with Michelin Green Star restaurant, ‘Fiotto’, contributing to sustainability efforts for nature and ecosystem preservation.
Customers participating in the ‘Green Drive’ will enjoy an exceptional ride experience at the back seat of the Lyriq on the way to the restaurant, with a dedicated chauffeur service and a special course dinner comprised of unique menu items to celebrate the launch of the Cadillac Lyriq.
Participants for the ‘Green Drive’ event will be selected through a lottery among general customers who write about their ‘eco-friendly lifestyle habits’ on Cadillac’s official Instagram page by the 16th, while customers wishing to join the ‘Ocean Drive’ program can apply by visiting the designated Cadillac event page (https://www.cadillac.co.kr/event-announcement-paradise) by the 22nd.
