Polestar unveils the ‘Polestar Pass: Jeju’ to support sustainable travel for its customers and enhance their benefits.
The Polestar Pass is a customer care program that provides Polestar customers visiting Jeju, which has the highest electric vehicle adoption rate in South Korea, with free access to the Polestar 2 for up to 72 hours.
The program is available for all retail and lease customers who have purchased a new Polestar 2, as well as long-term rental customers for over one year. Customers can utilize this program once a year starting from July 1st, the date of program launch. (New customers after the launch will be eligible based on their vehicle registration date.)
Reservations can be made through the Polestar Customer Center (080-360-0100), and must be completed at least 14 days before the visit. The vehicle pick-up and drop-off location is at Polestar’s exhibition space ‘Space Jeju’, and participants must bring a valid driver’s license (age 21 and over) and the vehicle key (digital key accepted) for identification.
The vehicle offered is the 2024 Polestar 2 Long Range Dual Motor, which boasts a powerful performance of up to 421 horsepower and a generous range of 379 km, equipped with advanced driving assistance and safety systems including the Pilot Pack and Plus Pack as standard.
Ham Jong-seong, CEO of Polestar Korea, stated, “Every Polestar customer contributes directly to the transition to a sustainable future through their electric vehicle purchases and daily drives. With the Polestar Pass, we aim to extend this value to travel as well,” adding, “Polestar Korea will continue to enhance customer satisfaction through various programs and work together for sustainable journeys in the future.”
