KG Mobility announced various promotional campaigns to mark the month of May, known as Family Month, on the 2nd.
To alleviate customers’ financial burdens, the month-long promotional event offers up to 1 million KGM points on the Tivoli & Air models, up to 1.5 million KGM points on the Torres, up to 2.5 million KGM points on the Rexton, and 1 million KGM points for the Rexton Sports & Khan. Additionally, the Torres EVX comes with a portable charging cable worth 420,000 KRW.
Customers who purchase in cash can also receive extra benefits. For instance, cash buyers of the Torres will receive 1 million KGM points, while Rexton and Rexton Sports & Khan buyers can choose between a Dyson Supersonic hairdryer or 500,000 KGM points.
In response to the high-interest rate environment, diverse customizable purchasing benefits are being offered, including interest-free payments and low-interest loans tailored to different vehicle types.
For the Torres, customers can choose a 24-month interest-free installment with a 40% down payment or a flexible installment plan ranging from 2% to 5% for 60-72 months based on the down payment (0%-40%). The Torres EVX continues to offer a 60-month installment plan with a down payment (0%-50%) at an interest rate of 3.5%-5.5%.
The Tivoli & Air and Korando models also feature a tailored smart installment program, allowing for interest-free installments for 12 months without a down payment or a flexible plan based on the down payment (0%-40%) with rates ranging from 3% to 5% across 60-72 months.
The Rexton offers a 24-month interest-free installment plan with a 40% down payment, a 60-month installment plan with rates of 4%-5% based on a 20%-30% down payment, and a 72-month installment plan at 5.9% with no down payment. The Rexton Sports & Khan also have interest-free installments for 12 months without a down payment and a range of installment options based on the down payment (0%-30%) of 4%-5.9% for 60-72 months.
Additionally, Rexton owners purchasing the Rexton Summit will receive a 3D Around View Monitoring System valued at 1,010,000 KRW. Electric vehicle owners purchasing the Torres EVX will get 200,000 KGM points, and customers who apply for a test drive through the KGM website and purchase the Torres EVX can earn an additional 100,000 KGM points.
Moreover, there is a loyalty program providing up to 100,000-200,000 KRW in additional KGM points depending on the number of vehicles purchased by model.
Furthermore, the upcoming Korando EV (Taxi), scheduled for release in June, is available for pre-order at KG Mobility’s nationwide dealerships. Pre-orders with cash purchases include a complimentary tire set (four tires), while financing options are available as a 60-month interest-free installment with a 50% down payment.
KGM points can be used as cash for exchanging consumables, engine oil changes, and accident repairs (excluding insurance) across KG Mobility’s nationwide service network, and can also be applied towards new vehicle purchases.
