“Mobilization Benefit Festival! Korea’s only mobility rewards! The mobility super app TmoneyGO!”

TmoneyGO, which has surpassed a total of 10 million registered members and has risen to the ranks of a ‘mobility super app’, is launching a major app update and service revision to enhance consumer benefits.

Tmoney announced on the 2nd that it will be reorganizing and updating the app of its integrated mobility service focused on public transportation, ‘TmoneyGO.’ With this revision, Tmoney aims to maximize the unique advantages of TmoneyGO, leading to improved customer satisfaction and enhanced activation of public transportation through TmoneyGO.

With this update, TmoneyGO boasts its advantages, including ▲ interconnection services among mobility modes and ▲ ‘GO mileage’ which rewards users the more they travel. In addition, users will be able to experience a nationwide integrated mobility as a service (MaaS) covering air, land, and sea (including domestic flights/high-speed buses/intercity buses/rentals/high-speed ferries).

To achieve this, Tmoney has diversified the services offered on the TmoneyGO app. First, it has expanded the ▲ taxi-hailing service from the existing Onda Taxi to I.M. Taxi (White, High Black) and Tada (Next, Plus) taxis. Moreover, it has added ▲ PM (Personal Mobility) options by including SoCar electric bicycles. Second, the ‘public transport rewards’ have been renewed. By merely registering their transportation cards and using public transport or bike-sharing services three days a week, users can receive GO mileage lottery tickets. (The number of lottery tickets varies according to usage: 1 ticket for 3 days of use, 2 tickets for 4 days, etc.) ‘GO mileage’ is a point system that can be spent like cash within TmoneyGO. It is easy to accumulate and simple to use, making it highly popular as ‘the easiest transportation app tech.’

In celebration of this app update and service revision, TmoneyGO will hold a ‘Mobilization Benefit Festival.’ Until May 31, users who utilize ▲ Onda Taxi through TmoneyGO will earn 10% of the fare as GO mileage (up to 500M/tax and limited to 3 times per month). Furthermore, using PMs like scooters/electric bikes will earn users 5% of the fare as GO mileage (with no limits on the number of usage). Customers who achieve the set number of usages can receive discount coupons (1 coupon worth 1,000W for 3 accumulated uses, 2 coupons for 5 uses, and 3 for 7 uses). Finally, using air services can earn users 1% of the payment amount as GO mileage (up to 1,000M/unlimited uses), while renting cars will earn users 7% of the payment amount as GO mileage (also with no limits). Additionally, through various events, users will have the opportunity to earn GO mileage and save on transportation costs, including coupons for free base fare for new Onda Taxi users, a 10% accumulation for every taxi ride, 3,500 GO mileage for inviting friends, and 1,000W coupons for taxi-calling failures.

Joo Dong-wook, the executive director of Tmoney Mobility, expressed, “We have updated the TmoneyGO app and reorganized services to activate public transportation and provide more benefits to our customers,” and added, “We hope TmoneyGO becomes a more beloved mobility super app with its diversified services and increasing benefits.”

Meanwhile, based on a trusted relationship built through mutual growth with stakeholders in the transportation industry, TmoneyGO is implementing ‘integrated mobility services centered on public transport.’
