LG Uplus has organized various events to celebrate the launch of Al-Dot. Until the end of May, customers who newly sign up for U+ MVNO services will receive McDonald’s McMuffin exchange coupons and Mega Coffee coffee coupons. Additionally, simply signing up on the Al-Dot website enters participants into a draw for various prizes, including a Dyson Supersonic hairdryer (1 person) and Mom’s Touch Cyber Burger coupons (100 people).

LG Uplus continues to reinforce its collaborative relationship with small businesses. The “Self-Service Activation” allows customers to complete their online activation in just five minutes without a call to customer service, while the “Now Delivery” service delivers one-chip purchases within two hours, significantly reducing labor and logistics costs for small operators.

Meanwhile, LG Uplus launched the small business partner program ‘U+ MVNO Partners 1.0’ in 2019, introducing premium fixed-rate prepaid plans and self-service activation. In 2021, they enhanced their collaborative efforts with ‘U+ MVNO Partners 2.0’, which included benefits such as partnership card discounts, partnership discount coupons, and shared SIM cards. In 2022, they unveiled the brand ‘+Alpha’, which signifies delivering customer value beyond collaboration, introducing long-term customer care programs and subscription-based partnership tariff plans.
