Volvo Cars Korea announced on the 17th that it has opened a new showroom and service center in Cheongju to provide customers in the Chungbuk region with a Swedish premium brand experience and differentiated services.

The Volvo Cheongju showroom and service center, operated by official dealer H Motors, covers a total floor area of 1,257.16㎡ (approximately 380 pyeong) and features the ‘Volvo Retail Experience’ concept, allowing customers to feel the unique Swedish essence of Volvo cars. Located on a main road in the center of Cheongju, it ensures excellent accessibility for customers and operates using eco-friendly energy through a solar panel canopy, in line with Volvo’s sustainability objectives.

The newly opened Cheongju showroom and service center includes exhibition space to view various Volvo vehicle lineups, a premium customer lounge, and a customer service reception area. Additionally, it is equipped with work bays for vehicle repairs and quick (DC Combo) and slow (AC Combo) chargers for electric vehicles, providing various services to customers.

Notably, the Volvo Cheongju Service Center can handle up to 450 general repairs per month and offers ‘Volvo Personal Service (VPS)’ that matches service technicians with customers on a one-to-one basis, allowing customers to experience tailored services unique to Volvo cars.

To celebrate the opening of the Cheongju showroom and service center, Volvo Cars Korea is running various promotions. All customers who visit the showroom and consult will receive a Swedish eggpack soap set, while contracting customers will be gifted with a Laburcket lip balm and hand cream set. Additionally, customers who contract or pick up their vehicles will have a chance to win prizes such as a Dyson air purifier, LG Pra.L multi-care device, LG Dios wine cellar, and Diptyque room spray through a lottery.

The service center is offering free inspections for all incoming vehicles, and each customer will receive a Volvo umbrella. Customers who carry out paid repairs will also receive items such as a Volvo diffuser (for repairs over 300,000 KRW), a Volvo camping folding box (for repairs over 500,000 KRW), and a Volvo trolley bag (for repairs over 1,000,000 KRW) (prize details may change, and promotions may end early if supplies run out).

Lee Yoon-mo, CEO of Volvo Cars Korea, stated, “We opened the showroom and service center to enhance brand experience and service convenience for customers in the Chungbuk region. We will continue to invest and make efforts to expand our service network so that Volvo customers can enjoy top-notch services conveniently, anytime, anywhere.”
