Mercedes-Benz Korea has launched the ‘EQ Worry-Free Package’ program aimed at reducing the burdens of operating and managing electric vehicles while enhancing customer satisfaction through various benefits for customers purchasing electric cars.

Each service offered in the ‘EQ Worry-Free Package’ has been established to allow customers to comfortably use their vehicles throughout the lifecycle of electric cars, taking into account the characteristics of the domestic electric vehicle market and customer needs. Benefits will be available starting from electric vehicle deliveries in April.

Firstly, the warranty period that includes vehicle warranty repairs, free towing services if the vehicle is inoperable, and 24-hour emergency response service will be extended from the vehicle’s initial registration date for three years or 100,000 km to five years or 170,000 km (whichever comes first).

Additionally, a voucher worth 1 million KRW for use during vehicle charging will be provided (for customers using Mercedes-Benz Financial or Mercedes-Benz Mobility financial services).

Moreover, for customers who receive their electric vehicle from March to December this year, a service that reimburses tire replacement costs in the event of a tire blowout while driving will also be offered.

This ‘EQ Worry-Free Package’ is available through nearby official Mercedes-Benz showrooms. For more details regarding the package, customers can check the official Mercedes-Benz Korea website or visit an official showroom.

Meanwhile, leading the domestic electrification trends, Mercedes-Benz Korea continues to engage in activities aimed at enhancing convenience for electric vehicle buyers. The ‘Mercedes-Benz Airport Service’, launched last year, is available to owners of pure electric vehicles at a 50% discount with no limit on the number of uses, and a dedicated counseling window for electric vehicles is planned to be established in the third quarter of this year.
