Lotte Rental has launched a ‘Chauffeur-Driven Car Rental Service in Vietnam’, allowing travelers to journey safely and conveniently.
This service enables South Koreans visiting three major cities in Vietnam to travel between the airport and their accommodation in a rental car with a driver. Customers can choose between a ’round trip’ or a ‘one-way’ service from the airport to their accommodation.
The service operates in major cities with Lotte Rental branches: ▲Hanoi (Noi Bai International Airport) ▲Ho Chi Minh (Tan Son Nhat International Airport) ▲Da Nang (Da Nang International Airport). It takes approximately 1 hour from Noi Bai International Airport to accommodations near Hanoi, 30 minutes to 1 hour from Tan Son Nhat International Airport to accommodations in Ho Chi Minh, and about 30 minutes from Da Nang International Airport to nearby accommodations.
Many flights arriving in Vietnam are late at night, making it inconvenient and unsettling for customers to travel to their accommodations by taxi after arrival. The chauffeur-driven service is expected to be an excellent alternative for these customers.
After booking ‘Chauffeur-Driven Car Rental’ under ‘Safe Pickup’ on the Lotte Rental website (www.lotterentacar.net) or mobile app, customers can confirm the name and photograph of their assigned driver in the KakaoTalk chat with ‘Lotte Rental Vietnam’ 1-2 days before the service date. Upon arrival in Vietnam, they can meet their designated driver at the airport exit and board the vehicle. A 20% discount is applied for round trip services; customers need to enter their return flight details when making a reservation.
Available vehicle types for the ‘Chauffeur-Driven Car Rental Service’ include ▲Toyota Camry (4-seater) ▲Kia Carnival (6-seater) ▲Hyundai Solati (15-seater) among a total of 5 models. The cost of the service varies depending on the vehicle type, rental region, product, and day/night option, ranging from a one-way minimum of 16,400 won to a maximum of 113,600 won.
The biggest advantage of the ‘Chauffeur-Driven Car Rental Service’ is that it provides well-maintained vehicles along with friendly driver services, ensuring a worry-free experience without the need to call for a separate vehicle or make additional payments while in Vietnam. Customers can communicate in real-time with the assigned driver and Korean staff from the Lotte Rental Vietnam branch. All vehicles are covered by personal injury, property damage, and passenger insurance.
Additional benefits are also included. Customers will receive a free USIM chip, essential for overseas travel. One USIM chip is provided per booking and can be used for 7 days with 8GB per day. A discount on green fees is also available.
