The Cadillac official agent, Zail Sangsang Service, has taken charge of the Busan Service Center (21 Gaya-daero, Sasang-gu, Busan), which will serve as a central service hub for customers in Busan, Gimhae, and Yangsan due to its excellent accessibility connected directly to major road networks like the Namhae Expressway and Dongseo Overpass.
The Busan Service Center features two floors with a total area of 2,995㎡ and is equipped with seven dedicated work bays, including specialized booths for metalworking and painting, enabling it to provide comprehensive ‘one-stop service’ capabilities for regular and accident repairs. Additionally, a premium lounge has been exclusively created for Cadillac customers, ensuring they can wait in a comfortable environment.
With the opening of this Busan Service Center, Cadillac plans to run various promotions so that customers in the eastern Gyeongnam region, including Busan, Gimhae, and Yangsan, can experience Cadillac’s uniquely differentiated premium services.
As part of its opening celebration, the Busan Service Center will host a special event for all customers who visit by May 31. During the event period, every customer who visits will receive a complimentary inspection service, a 10% discount on repair costs, and commemorative gifts as part of the grand opening.
