Toyota Korea has announced that to celebrate the Prius achieving a double victory at the ‘2024 Car of the Year’ awards hosted by the Korea Automobile Journalists Association, a service campaign will be conducted at all official Toyota service centers nationwide from March 4 to 29.

During this service campaign, all customers using official Toyota service centers will receive a 10% discount on parts and labor for services including ▲ air conditioning filters ▲ air cleaner elements ▲ air care ▲ brake pads and discs ▲ wiper rubbers and blades.

Additionally, a 15% discount promotion will be held for accessories related to Toyota vehicles. However, GR Supra and Toyota 86 models along with accessory packages are excluded from this promotion. Customers who bring their vehicle to an official service center for repairs costing over 300,000 won will receive a premium glass cleaning coating agent and a towel gift set on a first-come, first-served basis.

Moreover, special benefits will be provided for customers who contract the 5th generation Prius during the campaign period. Customers who already own a Toyota vehicle will receive 300,000 mileage points usable on the Toyota customer app ‘Yo! Toyota!’ if they take delivery by May. If existing Toyota customers refer new customers who sign a purchase agreement for the Prius by May, the referring existing customer will receive an additional 100,000 mileage points.

Meanwhile, Toyota Korea is offering free inspection services for customers who own used Toyota vehicles at all times. Customers using the official service center for the first time with a used Toyota vehicle can receive a complimentary inspection of over 40 paid inspection items, vehicle sterilization, front wiper rubber (when purchasing the Toyota SMS package), and the tire warranty period extended from 6 months to 1 year with tire purchase, among other various benefits.

Mr. Gang Dae-hwan, an executive director at Toyota Korea, stated, “We prepared this service campaign to repay our customers for their support, which helped the fifth-generation Prius win the ‘Design of the Year’ and ‘Hybrid Crossover’ awards. We will do our utmost to ensure top customer satisfaction based on the expertise and friendliness of our nationwide official service centers.”
