Audi Korea has introduced the ‘Audi Chatbot’ service to expand customer touchpoints and enhance convenience by providing customer inquiries and consultations 24/7, 365 days a year.

The ‘Audi Chatbot’ service operates around the clock, ensuring that customers can access it at any time regardless of the Audi Customer Service Center’s operating hours. It has been developed to effectively handle simple inquiries that typically flood the existing customer service lines, considering the evolving service access and usage preferences of mobile-savvy customers.

Through this service, customers can easily access a wealth of information such as Audi vehicle information, details about dealerships and service centers, guidance on warning lights, and instructions on using various vehicle functions. The ‘Audi Chatbot’ service is available through the official Audi Korea website and the My Audi World app, and there will be ongoing improvements and enhancements to provide even higher-quality service.

In addition to the ‘Audi Chatbot’ service, Audi Korea currently operates various A/S services to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers who purchase a 2024 model will receive additional benefits, including round-trip pickup and delivery service up to a total of six times over three years, along with the complimentary consumable parts maintenance coupon CSP (Car Service Plus) already provided to existing Audi vehicle purchasers. Reservations for this service can be made both online and over the phone.

Additionally, Audi Korea is implementing the ‘Audi Direct Call Service’ to improve the response rate of A/S center phone inquiries, allowing customers to schedule vehicle inspections and services through the customer support center. Services such as the ESP (Extended Service Package) and proactive notification about the expiration of the use period for CSP via SMS are also in place.

To enhance the satisfaction of A/S service users, various notification services are available, including the ‘Repair Status Notification Service,’ which informs customers via text about the progress of the vehicle repair process.

Moving forward, Audi Korea will continue to focus on qualitative growth of the brand through strengthened networks and diversified services, ensuring that more customers can experience Audi’s premium lifestyle.
