Kia will conduct its first-half recruitment for new college graduates from March 18 (Monday) to April 1 (Monday) for a total of 15 days.

This recruitment will target 19 job positions across 12 sectors, including ▲ Global Business Management ▲ Purchasing ▲ Management Support ▲ Management Support (AutoLand Hwaseong) ▲ Product ▲ Production (AutoLand Hwaseong, AutoLand Gwangju) ▲ Policy Development ▲ Manufacturing Solutions (Production Technology) ▲ Communication Center ▲ Special Projects ▲ Quality ▲ PBV Business.

Eligible applicants are those expected to graduate from a four-year university in August 2024 or those holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree. The final acceptance announcement and onboarding are scheduled for June. In line with ESG management practices, priority will be given to applicants from disabled, national veterans, low-income, and multicultural families.

During the recruitment period, Kia will hold an interactive hiring information session with current employees and HR representatives. The session will provide details about the hiring process and available positions and offer consultations to furnish applicants with necessary information.

Kia will also host an online recruitment information session using the metaverse on March 29 (Friday), with pre-registration available through the application page (http://career.kia.com) from March 18 to 25.

In addition, offline recruitment information sessions will be conducted at four universities nationwide from March 20 to 27.
