‘1st Generation Classic MINI’

MINI Korea will hold an exhibition titled ‘MINI Heritage & Beyond’ from March 29 to April 21 at the K Museum of Contemporary Art in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam, Seoul. This exhibition offers a comprehensive view of the illustrious history of the MINI brand as well as its future prospects.

‘MINI Heritage & Beyond’ is a special exhibition where visitors can see, hear, and feel the brand’s prestigious past, enthusiastic present, and promising future all in one place, designed to showcase the MINI’s iconic design, unique heritage, and delightful spirit.

This exhibition is characterized by its layout divided into the ‘Heritage Zone’ and ‘Beyond Zone’, allowing guests to sequentially view MINI’s long history and innovative design evolution.

In the Heritage Zone, which recreates the landscapes of London, visitors can experience the deep tradition of the MINI brand through displays of classic Mini models. Additionally, current MINI’s diverse lineup, including the MINI Convertible, MINI Countryman, and the high-performance MINI JCW models are showcased, allowing guests to enjoy the go-kart feeling and versatile charm unique to MINI.

A special area will also highlight the splendid history of the MINI Clubman, which is set to be discontinued. Here, attendees will have the opportunity to see the MINI Clubman Final Edition, the last model of the MINI Clubman series, in person.

The Beyond Zone will feature the soon-to-be-launched all-electric MINI Cooper and MINI Countryman, expected to be released in South Korea after June. Visitors will get a preview of the completely revamped latest pure electric models from MINI, along with a look at the world’s first circular OLED display for cars, developed in collaboration with Samsung Display, and the upgraded infotainment system powered by MINI OS 9.

Additionally, there will be various entertainment options for visitors, including MINI photo zones tailored to the exhibited models, a stamp tour event, and a MINI racing simulation game zone.

The MINI Heritage & Beyond exhibition is free to attend, but only pre-registered guests will be allowed entry due to limited seating per session, ensuring a safe and comfortable viewing experience. Interested attendees can easily make reservations by searching for ‘MINI Heritage & Beyond’ or ‘Heritage & Beyond’ on Naver Place.
