BMW Group Korea has introduced a new service center booking feature in the My BMW and MINI apps.

The My BMW and MINI apps allow users to check vehicle status, control vehicle functions, access navigation, and perform software updates remotely. After the recent update, the previously separate after-service apps, ‘BMW Plus’ and ‘MINI Plus’, have been integrated to provide a unified service center booking function.

This means that BMW and MINI customers can now easily check information about vehicle operation or maintenance and make reservations with just one app, My BMW or MINI. Additionally, service items have been expanded to include the ability to schedule check control messages and battery diagnostics, and previous separate airport service bookings have also been combined into a single service item for greater convenience.

Customers wishing to make a service center reservation can search for BMW partners in the map tab of the My BMW and MINI apps and check available schedules in real-time for booking. Reservation information can also be sent to mobile calendars.

For BMW vehicles eligible for proactive care services, if inspections or maintenance are needed, the vehicle’s status can be relayed through phone or app, allowing services to be booked directly through the proactive care dedicated call center or My BMW app, providing high convenience.

In addition, BMW Group Korea plans to continuously apply various features such as confirmation of the repair process and online payment to digitalize the customer service experience. The My BMW and MINI apps can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and for more details, customers can contact the BMW Communication Center (080-700-8000) or inquire at an official service center.
