Mercedes-Benz Korea has started customer deliveries of the two-door coupe model, the All-New Mercedes-Benz CLE 200 Coupe, as of today (February 26), following the release of the CLE 450 4MATIC Coupe last February.
The All-New Mercedes-Benz CLE Coupe is a two-door coupe that harmoniously merges the concepts and technological innovations of the C-Class and E-Class, featuring an elegant yet confident design, sporty driving performance, and advanced digital features, continuing the tradition of Mercedes-Benz dream cars.
With this, Mercedes-Benz Korea offers two models in the country: the CLE 200 Coupe and the CLE 450 4MATIC Coupe.
In terms of design, the CLE 200 Coupe shares the same design language as the CLE 450 4MATIC Coupe. The sporty and elegant exterior showcases elements such as the shark nose-shaped long hood, long wheelbase with short overhangs, and muscular rear, alongside standard features like the AMG Line exterior package and 19-inch AMG multi-spoke lightweight alloy wheels, enhancing its dynamic ambiance.
The interior offers an intuitive digital experience through the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and driver-focused 11.9-inch portrait LCD central display. Featuring a sleek metal structure trim, a heated multifunction sports steering wheel, and newly developed sports seats with integrated headrests for the CLE Coupe, the interior exudes presence. Additionally, a 64-color ambient light plus feature allows customization of the cabin atmosphere according to personal taste and emotion.
The CLE 200 Coupe is equipped with the latest third-generation MBUX infotainment system that provides a range of digital convenience features. This includes routine functions that automate frequently used comfort functions by the driver, allowing automation based on specific conditions like date, time, location, external and internal temperature, and vehicle speed for features such as temperature setting, ambient light, audio, and the parking camera.
Supported by the latest navigation premium service with real-time traffic information from T-map and optimized routes based on the latest map data, the MBUX navigation system ensures convenience. Furthermore, starting in the second half of this year, the vehicle-optimized navigation system ‘T-map Auto’ will be officially introduced in Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Other features include MBUX augmented reality navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto for even more convenient driving.
The CLE 200 Coupe comes equipped with a 2.0L inline-4 (M254) gasoline engine that produces a maximum output of 204 ps and a peak torque of 32.6 kg·m. Additionally, it features a mild hybrid system with a 48V on-board electric system that supplements up to 17 kW of electric motor output during engine start for smooth and rapid engine startups alongside functions like gliding, boosting, and regenerative braking, achieving a high combined fuel efficiency of 12.1 km/l.
Moreover, the All-New Mercedes-Benz CLE Coupe offers a range of advanced driving assistance systems as standard, including the Driving Assistance Package Plus for safe and convenient driving, Digital Light that optimizes headlamp brightness based on the driving situation, a revamped Attention Assist drowsiness warning system, Easy-Entry functionality for rear seat access, panoramic sunroof, and a parking package with a 360° camera.
With all these features, Mercedes-Benz Korea provides a reasonable option to experience a dynamic and elegant new dream car through the CLE 200 Coupe, which includes efficient fuel economy and rich standard features priced in the low 70 million KRW range.
